S 0525 General Bill, By Senate Judiciary
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 11-35-5275 so as to provide penalties for a person who directly is responsible for knowingly furnishing substantially inaccurate or incomplete information or wilfully furnishing fraudulent information concerning minority ownership in a business firm in making application to the Small and Minority Business Assistance Office.
