    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR A THREE-YEAR PILOT PROGRAM IN ALL GAME ZONES OF THE STATE TO SHORTEN THE HUNTING SEASON FOR RACCOONS TO A PERIOD FROM THANKSGIVING DAY THROUGH MARCH 1; TO ALLOW HUNTING WITH DOGS ONLY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR; AND TO IMPOSE A MINIMUM FINE OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A PERSON VIOLATING THESE PROVISIONS, WITH EIGHTY PERCENT OF THE FINE RETAINED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND USED FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND TWENTY PERCENT OF THE FINE FORWARDED TO THE APPROPRIATE GAME FUND IN THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE VIOLATION OCCURRED.
