    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-43-86, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING IN PART TO DRUGS DISPENSED FOR USE BY INPATIENTS OF A HOSPITAL, SO AS TO REQUIRE HOSPITAL PHARMACIES TO RELABEL CERTAIN UNUSED PRESCRIBED DRUGS ADMINISTERED THROUGH AN INHALER OR SIMILAR DEVICE OR EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE PATIENT AFTER DISCHARGE.
