S 0551 General Bill, By J.M. Long
    A Bill to amend Section 6-7-730, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to zoning regulations or maps, so as to provide that the Planning Commission shall have forty-five days within which to submit its report to the governing authority and failure to submit such report within the forty-five day period shall be deemed as approval of the change or departure.
