    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-11-730, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PERSONS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS, SO AS TO REDUCE FROM TEN YEARS TO FIVE YEARS THE STATE-COVERED ENTITY SERVICE REQUIRED FOR A RETIREE TO REMAIN IN THE INSURANCE PLAN UPON RETIREMENT.
