    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-26-30, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE AWARDING OF CONDITIONAL TEACHING CERTIFICATES BY THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION, SO AS TO DELETE THE AWARDING OF CONDITIONAL CERTIFICATES AND PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD MAY AWARD A TEMPORARY TEACHING CREDENTIAL, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, TO A PERSON CHANGING CAREERS WHO DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE.
