    A Bill to amend Section 57-11-70, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the annual audit of the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation, so as to require the State Auditor to designate an accountant or firm to audit the Department and to provide for the procedure to select the accountant or firm.
