    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-840, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to delinquent registration of motor vehicles, the monetary penalties for late registration, and the criminal penalties for operating an unlicensed vehicle, so as to provide that the monetary penalties for late registration may not be imposed against the late registration of campers or travel trailers.
