    A Bill to amend Section 16-15-370, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the unlawful dissemination of obscene materials to minors, so as to revise the penalties, and to amend Section 16-15-430, relating to penalties for convictions of certain offenses, so as to delete the reference to Section 16-15-370.
