    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-370, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the designation of areas for the gathering of oysters, so as to include clams, provide for persons who may gather the oysters and clams, revise the requirements for designation and maintenance of the areas, and provide requirements for critical areas designated as public shellfish grounds.
