    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-130(C) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO BASIC AND CLASSIFIED DRIVER'S LICENSE, TO PROVIDE THAT THE GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATING SHALL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE NEED TO OBTAIN A BASIC OR QUALIFIED DRIVER'S LICENSE.
