    A Bill to amend Section 1-11-140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the authorization of the State Budget and Control Board to provide insurance, so as to authorize the Board to provide certain additional insurance and to provide that documentary or other material prepared by or for the Division of General Services in providing any insurance coverage which is contained in any claim file is subject to disclosure to the extent required by the Freedom of Information Act only after the claim is settled or finally concluded by a court of competent jurisdiction.
