    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 58-25-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE GOVERNING BOARDS OF REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITIES, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE MEMBERS OF THESE BOARDS TO RECEIVE SUCH COMPENSATION AS MAY BE SET BY THE GOVERNING BOARD BY RESOLUTION.
