    A Bill to amend Section 61-9-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the presentation of false information to purchase beer or wine, so as to prohibit an attempt to purchase with false verbal or written information and authorize the seller to retain the age identification used in a violation; and to amend Section 61-9-70, relating to penalties pertaining to the purchase, so as to increase the fine and term of imprisonment and provide for suspension of a driver's license.
