    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 15-1-325 so as to provide that a person demonstrating, protesting, assembling, or otherwise acting in a manner that denies another the right to enter, leave, or travel to a place the other is lawfully entitled to enter, leave, or travel to is barred from bringing or maintaining a civil action against any other person for damages which may have occurred to him as a result of this action whether or not he is convicted of a criminal offense in regard to this action.
