    A Bill to amend Section 59-104-220, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Governor's Professor of the Year Award, so as to provide for two awards, one to be given to a professor at a senior institution and one to be given to a school awarding no higher than associate degrees and to authorize awarding up to ten finalists five hundred dollars each.
