    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-1-530 SO AS TO REQUIRE ALL CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES AT A PUBLIC MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL AND ALL CERTIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES TO TEACH ONE COURSE ONE SEMESTER EACH SCHOOL YEAR, TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS, AND TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO PROMULGATE REGULATIONS ESTABLISHING EXEMPTIONS.
