    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 44-53-362, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE TAKE-BACK EVENTS, SO AS TO REQUIRE SHERIFFS TO MAINTAIN AT LEAST ONE ONSITE DROP-OFF BOX THROUGHOUT THE YEAR THAT IS AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISPOSING OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
