    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-510, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO HUNTING LICENSES AUTHORIZED TO BE SOLD, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES MAY NOT ISSUE MORE THAN FOUR THOUSAND NONRESIDENT HUNTING LICENSES EACH YEAR.
