    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-40-245 SO AS TO REDUCE STATE AID TO CLASSROOM DISTRIBUTION TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE DISTRICT'S LOCAL REVENUE PER PUPIL FOR EACH STUDENT IN THE DISTRICT THAT ATTENDS A STATEWIDE AUTHORIZED CHARTER SCHOOL.
