A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 14-3-460 so as to provide that the Supreme Court by rule shall establish procedures whereby conduct which is discovered during the course of an attorney or judicial grievance or disciplinary proceeding and which may constitute a violation of criminal law shall be referred to the appropriate solicitor for possible prosecution of the violation.
