    A BILL TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE COLLETON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO SET BY MAJORITY VOTE A SALARY THAT EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD SHALL RECEIVE FOR ATTENDING MEETINGS OF THE BOARD, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH THESE AMOUNTS SHALL BE PAID AND FOR LIMITATIONS THEREON.
