    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 42-15-65 so as to provide that damage to a prosthetic device, eye glasses, or hearing aid of an injured employee as the result of an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of employment entitles the employee to compensation ensuring that the prosthetic device, eye glasses, or hearing aid is repaired or replaced.
