S 0081 General Bill, By T.W. Mitchell
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 27-21-40 so as to provide that any scales, beakers, burners, or any other devices or materials lawfully confiscated may be donated by the law enforcement agency seizing them or by court order to a public school district of the county where seized when no longer needed as evidence.
