S 0819 General Bill, By J.C. Hayes
    A Bill to amend Section 34-11-60, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the offense of drawing and uttering a fraudulent check, so as to provide that no prosecution for a violation of the Section may begin more than ninety days after the date the check was uttered.
