    A Bill to amend Section 12-31-15, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to certain continuing education requirements for county auditors, and to amend Section 12-45-15, relating to certain continuing education requirements for county treasurers, so as to revise these requirements and the penalties for failure to satisfactorily complete them, and to redesignate Section 12-31-15 as Section 12-39-15 of the 1976 Code.
