    A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 44, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO HEALTH, BY ADDING CHAPTER 128 SO AS TO MAKE IT UNLAWFUL TO SELL OVER-THE-COUNTER WEIGHT LOSS PILLS OR DISTRIBUTE SAMPLES OF SUCH PILLS TO AN INDIVIDUAL UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE YEARS AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
