A BILL TO AMEND SECTIONS 61-4-520, 61-6-110, AND 61-6-1820, ALL AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO SELL BEER AND WINE AND THE CRITERIA APPLICABLE TO ISSUE A MINIBOTTLE LICENSE, SO AS TO REQUIRE AN APPLICANT TO FURNISH CERTIFICATION FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OR COUNTY IN WHICH THE BUSINESS IS TO BE CONDUCTED THAT THE APPLICANT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE ZONING AND LAND USE ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS OF THAT JURISDICTION.
