    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-73-456 so as to prohibit insurers from increasing premiums on or adding surcharges to automobile insurance of a person charged with a driving violation unless he is convicted of the violation and to prohibit the Department of Highways and Public Transportation from reporting an alleged violation to insurers until the person charged is convicted and when reported also must report a conviction date.-amended title
