    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-33-35 SO AS TO PROVIDE SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS EMPLOYED BY SCHOOL DISTRICTS OR CONTRACTED BY SCHOOL DISTRICTS THROUGH THIRD-PARTY VENDORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS MAY PROVIDE SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY SERVICES FOR RELATED SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES IN THE DISTRICT WITHOUT HOLDING AN EDUCATOR CERTIFICATE OR CREDENTIAL.
