    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 687 OF 1969, RELATING TO THE METROPOLITAN SEWER SUBDISTRICT OF GREENVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE SUBDISTRICT IS GOVERNED BY AN ELECTED RATHER THAN AN APPOINTED COMMISSION AND THAT THE ELECTED COMMISSION MAY LEVY AD VALOREM TAXES WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE GREENVILLE COUNTY COUNCIL.
