A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-9-12 so as to authorize the Executive Director of the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department to designate not more than two days in each calendar year as free fishing days and to provide that residents of this State, without obtaining a fishing license, may exercise the privileges of a holder of a fishing license, subject to limitations and restrictions, and to provide that this provision does not affect commercial fishing licenses.
