    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-43-83 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO PHARMACISTS, TO DELETE THE PROVISION THAT PROVIDES THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL IS EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENT THAT FACILITIES DISTRIBUTING OR DISPENSING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS MUST BE PERMITTED BY THE BOARD OF PHARMACY AND MUST HAVE A PHARMACIST-IN-CHARGE; AND TO AMEND SECTION 40-43-86, RELATING TO PHARMACISTS, TO DELETE THE PROVISION THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL IS EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE PHARMACIST IN CHARGE MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT.
