    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 111 OF TITLE 59 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS, BY ADDING SECTION 59-111-25, TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA NATIONAL GUARD OR RESERVE COMPONENTS THAT ARE AWARDED A BRONZE STAR MEDAL, OR HIGHER MILITARY AWARD IN THE ORDER OF PRECEDENCE, FOR COMBAT OPERATIONS MAY BE ADMITTED TO ANY STATE-SUPPORTED COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY, OR POST HIGH SCHOOL TECHNICAL EDUCATION INSTITUTION FREE OF TUITION.
