    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 23-1-245 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER ASSIGNED TO SECURITY DETAIL FOR THE GOVERNOR SHALL ONLY PERFORM SERVICES RELATED TO SECURITY DURING THE ASSIGNMENT, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES.
