A Bill to amend Section 53-1-160 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to suspension of Sunday work prohibitions by counties, so as to provide that the referendum required in a county which qualifies for the exemption provided in Section 53-1-150 after May 8, 1985, shall not be held in a county which has enacted an ordinance suspending operation of the Blue Laws prior to qualifying for the exemption provided in Section 53-1-150.
