S 0920 General Bill, By W.E. Applegate
    A Bill to amend Section 15-3-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exceptions when a cause of action accrues when a person is out of the State, so as to provide that this Section is not applicable if the person is subject to service of process under another Section of this Code.
