    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-1925 SO AS TO REQUIRE PERSONS WHO PROCESS DEER MEAT ON A FEE FOR SERVICE BASIS WHO ARE NOT REGULATED BY A FEDERAL OR STATE AGENCY TO REGISTER WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL AND TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT TO PROMULGATE REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE DISPOSAL OF INEDIBLES, HIDES, AND WASTEWATER GENERATED DURING THE PROCESSING OF DEER MEAT.
