A Bill to amend Section 56-3-3310, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the issuance of a special motor vehicle license plate for a recipient of the Purple Heart, so as to provide that after the initial fee for issuance is paid, the plate may be renewed by a sticker for the annual renewal fee charged for a regular plate.
