    A BILL TO REPEAL ARTICLE 7, CHAPTER 17, TITLE 63 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DRIVER'S LICENSE REVOCATION FOR CHILD SUPPORT ARREARAGES; TO REPEAL SECTION 56-1-171 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO ROUTE RESTRICTED DRIVER'S LICENSES FOR CHILD SUPPORT ARREARAGES; AND TO ALLOW A PERSON WHOSE DRIVER'S LICENSE HAS BEEN REVOKED OR WHO IS OPERATING A VEHICLE UNDER A ROUTE RESTRICTED DRIVER'S LICENSE TO APPLY FOR A DRIVER'S LICENSE.
