    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 42-7-210 so as to provide for records of the State Workers' Compensation Fund to be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act with no exemptions and to repeal Section 42-19-40 relating to the confidentiality of the records of the Workers' Compensation Commission.
