    A BILL TO ENACT THE "WOMEN'S HEALTH ACT OF 2000" BY AMENDING SECTION 44-41-75, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LICENSING OF CERTAIN ABORTION FACILITIES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL MUST LICENSE ANY FACILITY WHICH PERFORMS ABORTIONS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
