    A Bill to amend Chapter 52, Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to alcohol and drug abuse commitment, by adding Section 44-52-220 so as to provide for the involuntary commitment of a pregnant woman with a high risk pregnancy due to the abuse of illegal or prescription substances who refuses medical treatment to a licensed substance abuse facility for testing and evaluation on order of a physician or licensed health care provider.
