    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 5 OF CHAPTER 23 OF SECTION 1 OF THE CODE OF LAWS RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE DIVISION SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE POSITION OF CHIEF JUDGE OF THE DIVISION MUST ROTATE AMONG ALL JUDGES OF THE DIVISION AND TO PROVIDE THAT ALL JUDGES OF THE DIVISION SHALL RECEIVE THE SAME COMPENSATION.
