    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-19-250, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SALE OR LEASE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY BY SCHOOL TRUSTEES, SO AS TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE SALE OR LEASE REQUIRES THE CONSENT OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION OR GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTY IN THOSE COUNTIES WHICH DO NOT HAVE A COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.
