 A Bill to provide that members of the General Assembly shall receive all of
 their legislative compensation on the day following Sine Die adjournment; to
 provide for the payment of legislative compensation to a member who serves an
 unexpired term; to provide that no member of the General Assembly shall be
 entitled to receive any legislative compensation if he has been absent more
 than twenty-five percent of the days for which the Legislature is in session
 unless he has been granted a leave of absence; and to repeal Act 222 of 1979,
 relating to the payment to members of the General Assembly of three-fourths of
 their legislative compensation on the first day of the session and the payment
 of the remaining portion at a later time.
