 A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 9 of Article III of the
 Constitution relating to sessions of the General Assembly, so as to provide
 that the General Assembly shall adjourn SINE DIE no later than the fourth
 Thursday in May of each year, unless extended by two-thirds of the members of
 each House.
