S 0029 General Bill, By McConnell
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 7-15-335 so as to provide the procedures for voting by special write-in
 absentee ballot for qualified absentee electors unable to vote by regular
 absentee ballot or in person due to requirements of military service or living
 in isolated areas or extremely remote areas of the world.
