S 0192 General Bill, By Bryan
 A Bill to require the Chief Insurance Commissioner to promulgate regulations
 which require each insurer licensed to write property and casualty insurance
 in this State to submit annually a closed claims report, and to provide for
 the contents of this report including a requirement that the report factor the
 effect of tort reform on future rates.
