 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 16-17-750 so as to prohibit a practicing homosexual or user of illegal
 intravenous drugs from giving blood and for penalties; and to amend Section
 16-1-10, as amended, relating to crimes classified as felonies, so as to
 include the crime provided for in this Act.
